Year 5/6 Residential Trip to Aylmerton 20th to 24th September - Children are expected back at 4.30pm
Another amazing day - travelled out by boat to see the seals, we waved at them and they waved back. We had a long walk up the shingle ridge and then ventured onto the mud flats. We all rolled our trousers up so we didn't get them wet, well most of us did. Mrs Joyce stayed upright but was a little wetter when she got back on the coach. Everyone spent ages choosing their outfits and sorting their hair for the disco - I think the boys took the longest to get ready. We all danced the night away before hot chocolate and bed. Lots of tired children this morning - makes a change to be waking them up! Looking forward to the zoo this morning before coming home. I am sure we will all sleep well this weekend adults and children.
