Our school has been awarded the ‘Gold Kite-Mark Award for PE and Sport.' in the academic year of 2018/19 - our fourth consecutive year doing so! This is a very prestigious National School Award and has been awarded in recognition of our continued commitment to implementing the highest standards, across the school, for PE and Sport. The award follows a rigorous application process, which then has to be verified in great detail by the ‘Primary School PE National Governing Body.’ The Gold Award further compliments our status as an ‘Advocate School for Sport England’. Recognition of our wide ranging extra-curricular activity, links within the community and our competitive opportunities provided to all children was considered when being awarded.
